It was nice to meet some of the other Bloggers in Brighton last night, all pleasant people - amusingly tech-related, but thats to be expected. Followed our little get together with a trip to the Engine rooms which was an utter disaster, it was extremely boring - the music was pants and the entertainment was a casino, not good. I also managed to cause much pain by commenting on this to Tammie who was trying much harder than me to enjoy it, whoops. Still, it was interesting I suppose...

Got the 1 year "memorial" of Pocket Studios tomorrow, meeting in the Hogs Head in Beckenham which was our local haunt back then, get the feeling its gonna be a let down, but I`ll go anyway. Ah, back to code...

Ahh, pissed on the park last night, much fun and drivel talking. One of our working number is returning to Sweden, Johan, and last night was a kinda goodbye - though he's here today and had a "leaving do" at the weekend!

I'm trying to persuade myself to stay in tonight and work on the script for my zombie talk, it's creeping up in a very zombie way and I don't want to get caught out...

Watched all the Xombie episodes (so far) at the weekend, all very good indeed, but yet again I got nothing done on the script... whoops.

Speaking of the weekend, had a lovely time. Nik, Amanda and Mike came to visit, Tam was on nights Fri/Sat/Sun which was a shame but we still had fun. Got stuff chucked at us (Mike and I) on the sea front at 4am Sat morning, 3 big chav twats jeering 'cause they thought we were a gay couple, thick fuckers - Mike had to restrain me when I decided (totally trashed as I was) to go after them with my empty wine bottle, Lol.

Just shows you how shitty AND stupid some people can be.

Went to see Stone Cold (a work M8's band) who are excellent, not my cuppa really but they play so well, really tight, and the musics good enough to make it highly entertaining (in a good early 70's way).

Managed to get down to the Engine Rooms too, where I slated the software industry to some degree student, fair warning I thought, all fun : ) May be back down there to letch at the gorgeous suicide girls next week...

Hair

Had an odd reaction (I presume to my fancy blue hair) this morning, walking through the park on my way to work this morning, some odd middle aged woman practically ran away from me, I just smiled in a friendly way as per usual and she freaked, I took my head phones out to work out what she was saying and she shouted "why don't you people leave us alone, I was here first!" - wow, we working people who pay whatever skiving lazy ass benefit she lives on. Think I was more upset than her! On the other hand several people have been nice about it too, mostly kids who don't think having a blue quiff/mohawk makes you a **** - which is cool, need an "I'm Friendly! Don't run away!" tee-shirt...
